Overview
Píës-ele Fêqê was founded durring the late 17th century in early summer of the year 1565, by Srehzez Shèqthêv. The establishment of Píës-ele Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Srehzez Shèqthêv struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Píës-ele Fêqê as a prison colony.
Píës-ele Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Píës-ele Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Píës-ele Fêqê is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of restrictive worn bedrock streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.
A look around Píës-ele Fêqê gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Cultural Notes
While Píës-ele Fêqê has a public leader, the real authority is hidden from outsiders. This ruler may draw their authority from rationales unacceptable to outsiders, they may have cowed the public authority into obedience, or they may have a mutually beneficial private arrangement with the official ruler.
Píës-ele Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
In Píës-ele Fêqê rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.

Píës-ele Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Illusion energies of tier 1 via throat chanting.
